With BEES Deliver, we are delighted to offer you our new order tracking feature, a highly anticipated improvement that will enhance transparency regarding the status of your deliveries. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a notification allowing you to track your delivery driver in real time all the way to your door.
How does it work?
When the driver is heading to your business, you will instantly receive a notification on your mobile phone. This notification will include a direct link to our real-time tracking system. With a single click, access an interactive map showing the driver's current location and updated estimated time of arrival, refreshed every minute.
Different statuses of your delivery:
Regular delivery
- Scheduled Delivery: Your order will be delivered today.
- En route: You will receive a notification at this stage. Get ready to receive your order as the driver is heading to your business!
- Delivery in progress: The driver is currently making the delivery to your business.
- Delivery completed: The delivery is complete, and all ordered items have been delivered.
Other statuses
- Partial Delivery: The delivery is complete, but some of the ordered items have not been delivered.
- Delivery not completed: The delivery could not be completed and will not be rescheduled for today.
- Rescheduled Delivery: The delivery could not be completed at the scheduled time; the driver will return to your business later in the day.
How to activate this functionality?
To benefit from this new feature, please enable BEES app notifications. Instructions for enabling notifications are available here. Once your order is on its way, the tracking notification will be automatically sent to your phone.
