To reset your password while logged out of BEES:
1. Enter the BEES App, and click “Login”
2. Instead of logging in, click “Forgot Password”
3. Insert the cellphone or email associated with the account. To reset accounts with your email, select “E-Mail” at the top of the screen.
4. On the next page, insert the confirmation code received through your email or phone number

- If you did not receive a confirmation code, try restarting the registration process. If that does not work, reach out to BDL’s customer service at 1-800-661-2337 or BDL@BDL.ca.
5. Create a new password. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters including a minimum of 1 letter and 1 number.
6. Your password is now reset!
